Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for giving us the grace to pray for the nation of Turkey.

 

We praise you and worship you.

You are the only way, the only truth,

and the only life. Please bring it to your remembrance

that it was in Turkey that the believers were first called

Christians. Please remember this land once again and save us.

 

Please pour out Your Holy Spirit into the hearts of believers in Turkey

to preach the gospel as much effectively and boldly as they can.

Please bring about a revival in Turkey.

Let people come to salvation through preachings, visions,

dreams, and social media. Please show the church your purpose.

 

Extend your grace. Grant your freedom.

Provide your protection. Empower your children and give this nation with your salvation.

We pray that your everlasting name be proclaimed and lifted high

above the mountains of Erciyes and Ağrı That many would come to believe in you

as Lord and Savior. That many would see your glory

so their eyes would be open. Let your Holy Spirit flow.

 

Let the rivers of Kızılırmak  and Menderes that water the land.

Let your Holy Spirit pour. Let spring rain. So as green pastures

grow in Karadeniz New believers grow all over Turkey.

Our beloved father, we desperately need your wisdom.

We need men and women who will honor you, trust

 

you and lead the church back to you once again.

We pray for servant leaders who love the things you love

and care more about others than themselves.

Let churches, Christian TV channels be filled with messages of hope and

testimonies to bring the hopeless to you, to warm their hearts and heal the sick.

We pray that your Holy Spirit be poured in the hearts of politicians in Turkey,

so they be saved and come to the knowledge of your holy Son, Jesus Christ.

We pray that you will raise up godly leadership

so they ease confusion and heal delusion. You alone hold the power

to turn the hearts of leaders. Help them be faithful to care

and to pursue your heart. Please use our prayers

to move them into the right action. We pray that you bless Turkey

economically, that tourism would flourish. Please use believers who visit as tourists

to pray for Turkey to preach the gospel every chance they get,

and to pray for revival in this land. Please smooth in and touch the hearts

of our nation to understand who you are and how you offer free gift of salvation

and everlasting life in Yeshua Jesus. Islam is seen

as your word declares, every knee shall bow down,

and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,

for the glory of you up our father. Please leave us

in all of your wonderful moves to make Turkish people your children.

 

We pray all these in the matchless name of Lord Jesus Christ.
